At Boho Besties Creations, every item is handmade with love and care. Because of the nature of small-batch, handmade items, we have a limited return policy in place.

 

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.

 

💜 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your order is incorrect due to our mistake

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

✨ Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale due to their personalized nature.

 

📬 Missing or Lost Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you run into any issues, please reach out—we’ll always try to help where we can.
